As the steward of taxpayers’ dollars, I have selected Aptitude Solutions to be our software vendor to bring our office to the next level of technology that will make public records more affordable and accessible. This will allow the public instantaneous access to their recorded documents through the system’s dynamic interaction to the web. The recording software’s web interface enables up-to-the minute searching and image viewing from home or office. OnCore will be able to provide eRecording to our office, the next level in recording documents. Aptitude Solutions will bring further advancement in technology to all Register of Deeds offices across the state of North Carolina.
