Notes on Downloading and Viewing the Meeting Minutes: 

The Board meeting minutes are in Acrobat Reader version 5.0 (PDF) format.  You will need Version 5.0 or above of the Acrobat Reader which is available for free from www.adobe.com. 

The meeting minute files range in size from approximately 64KB to 200 KB.  If you are connecting through a dial-up connection it may take awhile (several minutes) to download these files.  During that time, your screen may appear blank or white.  If you would like to view the status of the file you are downloading, instead of clicking once on the link to the minutes, RIGHT-CLICK on the link and select "Save Target as..." or "Save File As..." (wording depends on your browser).  This will generate a pop-up window from which you will be able to select where you want to save the file, and then you can open the file when it is finished downloading.  During the save process, you will be shown the status of your download request.
