Description:

Kemba is a brown shih tzu weighing approximately 12 to 13 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt reading “Kisses 25 cents” before she left the garage of our home on Piney Grove Church Road. She is not an outside dog and is unfamiliar with outdoors. She is very friendly and loves people.
