How to Make an Appointment

• Please call in advance for an appointment.
• Always bring proof of family income when receiving services from the Johnston County Health Department. Some services are free; however, most services charge a fee that is set on a sliding fee scale based on household income. If proof of income is not provided, services will be charged at the full (100%) rate.
• Medicaid and Medicare are accepted for many of our services.

Appointment Hours

Services from the Johnston County Health Department are available by appointment Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
