Free Voter Photo ID Events in August

The Johnston County Board of Elections will be hosting three FREE Voter Photo ID events around the County in August.  Registered Johnston County Voters can stop in and obtain a free Voter ID card.

Photo ID is now required when presenting to vote in North Carolina.  Registered voters will complete a required one-page application to obtain the ID.

Free Voter Photo ID Events in August:

• August 15th at Kenly Public Library from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
• August 20th at Mary Duncan Public Library in Benson from 10:00am to 1:00pm
• August 29th at the Public Library of Johnston County and Smithfield from 10:00am to 1:00pm
