- The purpose of the Faith Network is to keep all churches and faith based organizations informed about community opportunities such as health promotion, grants, collaboration, outreach and strategic planning.

- Opioid Task Force
- The Johnston County Opioid Task Force began in 2017 in response to the opioid crisis around the country, state, and our county. It is a collaborative group of many professionals, organizations, townships, and community members. The purpose of this group is to create partnerships and find solutions to combating the opioid epidemic. Updates and strategic planning regarding Johnston County Opioid Settlement Funds are also discussed.

- Safety Net
- The purpose of our Safety Net collaborative is to share resources with organizations in Johnston County that serve the same populations as the Johnston County Health Department. The populations served by the organizations in the group are primarily uninsured or underinsured.
