Angel Tree Project

Since 1991, the Johnston County Department of Social Services has assisted youth in the Foster Care program and children in the Adolescent Parenting program during the holiday season by collecting toys, clothing, shoes, and other necessities. These youth are placed in the care of foster parents or relatives or are taking steps to live independently. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors from local businesses in Johnston and Wake counties, we are able to meet their needs and help bring joy during the holiday season. You can help too!  If you work at or visit one of the below businesses during the holiday season, please visit an Angel Tree and pick up an Angel Tree card, where you will find a wish list for a child in need.
